Fees and allowances payable to members.- The members shall be paid by the Board such fees and allowances for attending meetings of the Board or of any of its committees and for attending any work of the Board, as may be prescribed: Provided that, no fee shall be payable to the Chairman, Deputy-Chairman or any other trustee who is a Government servant.
