Committee of the Board.- (1) The Board may from time to time constitute such committee or committees consisting of one or more of the Members of the Board and such other members as it may deem necessary from time to time for providing advice to the Board in carrying out its function under the Act on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) In addition to the committees under sub section (1), the Board may from time to time constitute from amongst its members one or more committees consisting of such number as the Board may consider necessary for the purpose of discharging such of its duties and functions as may be delegated to such committee or committees. (3) A committee constituted under sub-sections (1) and (2) shall meet at such time and place and shall follow such procedure in regard to the Transaction of Business at its meetings (including the quorum) as may be provided by regulations.
