Power to make rules

Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, such rules may provide for,- (a) the authorities to be prescribed under sub-clause (d) of clause (4) of section 2; (b) the allowances and pensions payable to and other conditions of service of the Lokayukta and an Upalokayukta; (c) the form and manner in which 1[a complaint]1 may be made;
