Public servants to submit property statements.- (1) Every public servant referred to in sub-section (1) of section 7, other than a Government servant, shall within three months after the commencement of this Act and thereafter before the 30th June of every year submit to the Lokayukta in the prescribed form a statement of his assets and liabilities and 1[those of the]1 members of his family.
