Grant of duplicate licence.—If the Licensing Officer is satisfied that the licence granted under section 4 has been lost or destroyed, such officer may, subject to such conditions and payment of such fees, as may be prescribed, issue to the holder of the licence a duplicate thereof, and all the provisions of this Act with respect to the licence so lost or destroyed shall apply to the duplicate as if it were the original licence.
