Surrender of licence.—A licence granted in respect of a bull shall be surrendered to the Licensing Officer, if,- (a) the period specified in the licence expires, or (b) the licence is revoked under this Act, or (c) the bull dies or is certified by the prescribed officer to have been effectively castrated by a method and in a manner approved by the Director. 4 The licence shall be surrendered within fifteen days from the date of its expiry or revocation or the date of death of the bull or the issue of the certificate that the bull has been castrated, as the case may be.
