Penalties.—Whoever,- (a) keeps a bull, in contravention of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder, or of any conditions of a licence; or (b) fails to submit a bull for inspection when required to do so under section 8; or (c) fails to comply with a notice served under section 9; or (d) fails to produce a licence when required to do so under section 10; -shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty-five rupees, and in case of any subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
