Protection of action taken under this Act.- (1) No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against any person in the employment of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or purporting to be done under this Act. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act no suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith to be done or purported to be done under this Act.
