Officers and servants of the Authority to be public servants.-All officers and servants of the Authority whether appointed by the Government or the Authority shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
