Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, Authority, Chairperson or other member of the Authority or any other officer of the Government or any officer or other employee of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
