Identification of places for disposal and final disposal of solid waste.- The Commissioner may, either on its own or through any other agency, cause the solid wastes to be disposed of at such place or places within or outside the City Corporation area, and in such manner ,as it considers suitable: Provided that the solid wastes shall not be finally disposed of in any manner which the Government may think fit to disallow.
