Obligation to give information of dangerous and communicable disease.- (1) Where an inmate of any dwelling place within the City is suffering from dangerous and communicable disease, the head of the family to which the inmate belongs and, on his default, the occupier or person in charge of such place, shall inform the Commissioner, the health officer or the sanitary inspector of the division with the least practicable delay. (2) The City Commissioner may for holistic evidence based policy decisions and for improving parameters of public health may ask private and public health care facilities in the jurisdiction of Corporation to provide all such necessary information already available with such facilities or may ask them to maintain and submit information in prescribed formats from time to time.
