Action taken report.– (1) Every Grievance Redressal Authority shall submit a report of follow up action in respect of complaints made to it or appeal prescribed therein to the State Government within such time as may be prescribed. (2) Every Grievance Redressal Authority shall maintain a record of complaints made to it or appeal filed and the decisions recorded on such complaints and appeals. (3) Every Grievance Redressal Authority shall publish on its website, by the 15th day of every month or at such intervals as may be prescribed, a report mentioning therein: – (a) the number of complaints received; (b) the number of complaints pending; (c) the number of complaints disposed off; and (d) such other particulars, as may be prescribed.]1]2
