Transfer of pending cases.- All the cases pending before the panchayat ombudsman on the date of commencement of the Karnataka Panchayat Raj (Second Amendment) Act, 2015 shall stand transferred to the concerned Grievance Redressal Authority and shall be disposed of by such Grievance Redressal Authority as if the cases are filed before such authority.
