Protection for acts done in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Authority or the Chairmen or other members of the Authority or any officer or employee of the State Government or of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made there-under.
