Act to have overriding effect.- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) or in any other law for the time being in force or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a Court or other authority except in cases of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (Central Act 15 of 2003) and the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 (Central Act 17 of 2018).
