Procedure to be followed by the Debt Relief officer.- In enquiries under this Act, save as otherwise provided, the Debt Relief officer shall follow the same procedure as is specified for a summary enquiry under section 34 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act ,1964(Karnataka Act 12 of 1964).
