Insertion of new chapter IV-A.- In the Karnataka Conduct of Government Litigation Act, 2023 (Karnataka Act 28 of 2023) after Chapter IV, the following new Chapter shall be inserted, namely:- “CHAPTER-IV-A COMPLIANCE OF COURT ORDERS 28-A. Designated Officer.- The Government shall by notification appoint an officer as designated officer, who shall supervise the enforcement or compliance of any order issued by the Court of law. 28-B.
