This Act has come into force w.e.f. 02.09.2023. by Notification No. LAW/LCE/136/2023 Dated: 02.09.2023. (See the text notification at the end of the Act) (3) The provisions of this Act shall apply to the conduct of litigation by or on behalf of the Government of Karnataka or any officer of the Government in his official capacity, before Law Courts and Statutory tribunals in the State.
