Whereas it is expedient to amend the Karnataka Compulsory Service by Candidates Completed Medical Courses Act, 2012(Karnataka Act 26 of 2015) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the seventy fourth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
