Annual Report.- (1) The Board shall prepare every year a report of its activities under this Act during the year and submit the report to the State Government in such form and within such time as may be prescribed. (2) The State Government shall, as soon as may be after the receipt of report under sub-section (1), cause the same to be laid before the House of the State Legislature.
