Deans of Faculties or Schools.- Deans of Faculties or Schools shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the written approval of the Chancellor in such manner and they shall exercise such powers and perform 22 such duties as may be laid down by the Statutes and as directed by the Vice Chancellor from time to time.
