Procedures before the Grievance Redressal Authority,– (1) The procedure and manner of filing a complaint and fees to be accompanied with such complaint shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) The manner and procedure of conducting proceedings before the Grievance Redressal Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
