Prohibition to enter the city.- No person who has a dangerous disease shall enter the city from the date notified by the Chief Commissioner without a certificate from a medical practitioner of such class as the Chief Commissioner may authorise stating that such person is no longer likely to produce dangerous disease by contact or near approach.
