Obligation to give information of dangerous disease.- Where an inmate of any dwelling place within the city is suffering from dangerous disease, the head of the family to which the inmate belongs and, on his default, the occupier or person in charge of such place, shall inform the Chief Commissioner, the health officer or the sanitary inspector of the division with the least practicable delay.
