Division of the Corporation into Zones.- (1) The Government shall upon consultation with the Corporation, issue a notification dividing its area into various Zones. (2) The Government shall establish a zonal demarcation commission with representation from the Corporation, Government and such eminent members of the public to recommend to the Government, as per such terms of reference, the demarcation of zones and the basis thereof. (3) Prior to the publication of any notification in the official gazette under this Section, the Corporation shall publish the draft of such notification which shall seek the opinion of the public for a period of thirty days from the date of such notification. (4) The number of zones created by the Corporation shall not exceed fifteen. CHAPTER IV ELECTIONS
