Term of office and conditions of service of Non-official members.- The terms of appointment and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of the Non-official members, shall be such as may be prescribed: Provided that, the Non-official members shall hold office for a period of not exceeding three years. They may be re-appointed for a further period of three years.
