Discharge of functions of the Chairperson in his absence.- In the event of the Chairperson being unable to discharge the Authority’s functions, the Minister for Bengaluru Development shall be the Chairperson: Provided that, in the event of the Minister for Bengaluru Development being the Chief Minister, the Minister for Transport shall be the Chairperson. Provided further that, in the absence of the Minister of Transport, the Chief Secretary to the State Government shall preside over the meeting.
