To fix reasonable time for notice, etc.- Where any notice, order or other document issued or made under this Act or any rules or regulations made there-under requires anything to be done, for the doing of which no time has been fixed in this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, the notice, order or other document shall specify a time of not less than one week for doing the same.
