Public notice.- Every public notice given under this Act shall be in writing under the signature of the Chief Executive Officer with his common seal and shall be caused to be widely known in the locality affected thereby, affixing copies at conspicuous public places within the said locality and by publishing the same in one prominent Kannada and English daily news paper, having circulation in the Urban Mobility Region, in their two consecutive issues. Such public notice shall also be published on the official website and social media of the Authority.
