Amendment of Karnataka Act 22 of 1961.- In the Karnataka Rent Control Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 22 of 1961),- (a) for clause (d) of section 3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely :- "(d) 'Court' means,- (i) in respect of the area comprised within the limits of the City of Bangalore, 1[as defined in the Bangalore City Civil Court Act, 1979]1 the Court of Small Causes ;
