Saving.—Nothing in sections 34 and 36 shall apply to any person,- (a) who limits his practice to the art of dentistry, or (b) who being a nurse, midwife or health visitor registered under any Central Act or State Act, or a dai, attends on a case of labour, or renders such other services as are required of her in the course of such work.
