A person shall be disqualified for being a member, if he: Disqualifications. a) has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence, which in the opinion of the Government involves moral turpitude; or b) is an un-discharged insolvent; or c) is of unsound mind; or d) has been dismissed or removed from the service of the Government or a Corporation owned or controlled by the Government; or e) has directly or indirectly by himself or by any partner, employer or employee, any share or interest in any contract or employment with by or on behalf of the Authority.
