A notice of full 7 days for an ordinary meeting and a notice of full 3 days for a special meeting, in which place, date and time as well as the matters to be taken up in the meeting shall be mentioned, and shall be given to the members and the Government Officers as prescribed by the Secretary, and shall be affixed on the notice board of Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad, as the case may be.
