The Authorities who are given notice under sub - section (8) as well as the other government officers having jurisdiction over the Panchayat area concerned or a part thereof shall be entitled to participate in such meeting of the Panchayat and the proceeding thereof' but they shall not have voting right. Section 70 Review of the matters finally disposed of by the Panchayat - A matter once finally disposed of by the Panchayat shall not be reviewed by it within a period of 6 months unless a written consent of not less than three - fourth of its members, who are entitled to vote, with respect thereto has been obtained, or unless the prescribed Authority has given directions to review the same.
