Membership of theAcademic Council:- (D The Academic Council shall consist of the following persons, namely :- G) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman thereof (b) tkee persons from amongst the eminent educationists or men of letters or members of learned profession, who are not in the service ofthe University to be nominated bY the Chancellor; (c) the Secretary Law Department, Govemment ofJharkland; (d) one person nominated by the Chairma-n, Bar Council oflndia; (e) all Heads of the Departments of the University.
