Delegation of powers by Executive Council :- The Executive Council may by resolution, delegate to the Vice-Chancellor or to a Committee, such of its powets as it may deem fit subject to the condition that the action taken by the Vlce-Chancellor or such committee in ihe exercise of the pow'ers.so deiegated shall be repoited ai the nex:l meeting ofExecutive Council.
