Penalty for obstructing contractor.- Whoever obstructs or molests any person with whom the municipality has entered into a contract for execution of any work under this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months or with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or both.
