Places for Slaughter of animals for sale – (1) The municipality may, and when required by the State Government shall, fix places, within the limits of municipality, and grant or withdraw license for use of such places for the slaughter of animals for sale. (2). When any such premises have been fixed, no person shall slaughter any animal for sale at any other place. (3).
