Reconstitution of Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat - (1) On and from the date of the commencement of this Act, the Municipal Corporation, the Municipal Council and the Nagar Panchayat, already constituted under the relevant provisions of various Acts shall be deemed to have been constituted and incorporated under this Act and are declared to be the Municipal Corporation, the Municipal Council and the Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, with their respective names and in their respective areas. (2) Any appointment, notification, notice, tax, scheme, license, permission, rule, regulation or form made or issued or imposed under the Acts referred >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 417 to in sub-section (1) in respect of such municipality which was in force as applicable immediately before the date of the commencement of this Act shall continue to be in force and be deemed to have been made, issued or imposed under the provisions of this Act unless and until it is superseded by any appointment, notification, notice, tax, scheme, license, permission, rule, regulation or form made or issued or imposed under the Act.
