Punishment for contravention of orders under Sections 3 to 6. - Whoever contravenes any order under Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, or Section 6 shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years but in no case it shall be less than three months and shall also be liable to fine not exceeding Rs. 5,000.
