Appeal against the order of refusal of marriage registration:- (i) All appeals against the order of refusal of marriage registration by the Marriage Registrar shall be made before the Chief Registrar of marriage within one month of the order of refusal. (ii) Appeals against the order of Chief Registrar of marriage will be made before the Registrar General of Marriage, within one month of order.
