Certificate of Registration of Marriage to be Conclusive Proof of Marriage Registration.- झारखड गजट (असाधारण) मंगलवार, 13 माच,,, 2018 25 (1) A Certificate of Registration of Marriage shall be conclusive proof of the marriage registration of the parties named in the certificate. (2) A Certificate of Registration of Marriage issued under this Act shall ordinarily be received by any court, government office or public authority as proof of marriage between the persons named therein and the same shall be presumed to be correct, unless the contrary is proved.
