Act of the committee not be invalid by defect, vacancy, etc No act done or proceeding taken under this Act or the rule made thereunder by the Committee shall be invalidated merely by the reason of – (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in nomination og any person as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
