The following shall be the authorities of each University :–– (1) the University Council ; (2) the Syndicate ; (3) the Academic Council ; (4) the Faculties ; (5) the Boards of Studies ; (6) the Boards of Research Studies ; (7) the Board of Inspection ; and (8) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
