Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, the procedure for Act, the procedure for appointment and the powers of the officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the Financial Adviser, the Registrar and the Controller of Examinations shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
