Whoever, suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder–– (a) makes or offer for sale any article of food or drink for human consumption or any medicine or drug ; or (b) wilfully touches any such article, medicine or drug when exposed for the sale by other ; or (c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty-five rupees and more than two hundred rupees
