The provisions of sections 19 and 20 shall apply for preparation, publication, approval and operation of sectoral plan as they apply in respect of the development plan. 24.(1)The Director may on his own motion or if so required by the State Government shall, at any time after the sectoral plan has come into operation, undertake a review and evaluation of the development plan and sectoral plan. (2) The foregoing provisions of sections 19, 20 and 23 shall, so far as may be, apply to the modification under sub-section (1) as those provisions apply in relation to the preparation, publication, and approval of a development plan or a sectoral plan.
