Section 6

Disqualifications

Disqualifications.- A person shall be disqualified for being 4[the Vice-Chairman or] a non- official member, if he- (a) has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence which, in the opinion of the Government, involves moral turpitude; or (b) is an un- discharged insolvent; or (c) is of unsound mind; or (d) has been dismissed or removed from the service of the Government or a Corporation owned or controlled by the Government; or (e) has directly or indirectly, by himself or by any partner, employer or employee, any share or interest in any contract or employment with, by or on behalf of the Board.
