The Chancellor.—(1) The Governor of Himachal Pradesh shall be the Chancellor of the University. (2) The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and shall, when present, preside over convocation of the University. (3) The Chancellor shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes.
